1. Who we are

USA Wheel & Tire Outlet Inc. (“we”, “us”) is a wholesale tire and wheel distributor based at 301 S Millers Ferry Rd, Wilmer, TX 75172. These terms apply to usawheelstires.com (the “Site”) and to the text messages we send.

2. Using the Site

The Site tells you about our company, brands, dealer programs and locations. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break into it, disrupt it, or copy it in bulk.

3. Dealer accounts and orders

Information on the Site, including brands, programs, stock and delivery times, is general and may change without notice. It is not an offer. Dealer accounts, pricing, orders, returns and payment are governed by your dealer account and the terms we agree with you when you open it.

4. Text messages

• Program: USA Wheel & Tire Outlet text messages.
• What we send: updates about your account, orders, deliveries and returns, and promotions such as deals and new dealer programs.
• Who gets them: only people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive our texts. Agreeing is not a condition of buying from us.
• How often: it varies with your orders and our promotions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop all texts. We will confirm by text and send nothing more unless you rejoin. Reply START to rejoin.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, photos and design of the Site belong to us or are used with permission. Tire and wheel brand names and logos belong to their owners; showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.

6. Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and map services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site or our text messages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
